The Daily Poem

I am married to the handsome guy who owns this blog.  It is because of his poetry that I am Mrs. Lamp.  After a poem everyday for 400 days, how could I not say "Yes" when he popped the question!

I am an artist and have a gallery in Idyllwild, CA.  Come visit our quaint town in the mountains above Palm Desert.  And yes, we do have snow in the winter!

I am British.  I like writing poetry and am currently writing a poem a day for a year on Squidoo.This is where Don found me and invited me here. I am a retired violin and piano teacher.  Also I am training to be a local preacher with the Methodist church.
