Now come on Don. Take the plunge on Squidoo. My first lens was awesomely awful but I've turned it around since. Are you working on a lens? I have some lenses of tips for making lenses. If you can't find them let me know and I will give you their url s. I was totally technically challenged when I started just over a year ago. I don't think you will have that problem. Just get in there or I shall look silly being your fan!!

Thanks Don. I'm thrilled you are letting me quote your poem and add mine to it. You are doing wonders for the lensramking of A poem for every day in June. It is a huge encouragement to have you supporting me. Probably post our poems tomorrow (Tuesday 29th)

The squidoo comments are all in one place, but sometimes people put in" duels" relating to one subject. i have used them at the start of my lens A thought for each day. Then it is obvious what you are referring to. I am your fan on Squidoo and looking forward to your fist lens. I have written the following as a reply to your poem What I want. Perhaps I could put your poem, with your name of course on my poetry lens with my reply. With your permission I would put a link to this site. Here goes. What Mimi might think.
But what if it my love should be,
That I should die ahead of thee.
Could you with equal happy stance
For love upon my grave now dance.

Knowing that I no longer need
A body which I have to feed.
I am now where all joys enhance
For love upon my grave, now dance.

No longer do I need to weep.
I now know my Lord's love so deep.
So do not look my love askance,
For love upon my grave now dance.

so find your comfort where you must
And always in our Saviour trust
So love without a backward glance
For love upon my grave now dance.

Not as good as yours but I enjoyed writing it. I am going to be a lay preacher, this involves taking services around ten churches, but only about two services a month, although I would enjoy more. I am also starting to do some pastoral visiting in the village. Thanks for your interest.

What an awesome Kyrielle reply. I love it! You have my enthusiastic permission to post it on your site along with your response. what fun! Thanks.

I don't have a website just Squidoo. If you click my photo on Squidoo it gives a list of all my lenses and amongst them My Collected Poems, which sends you to my various poetry lenses. So Squidoo is my website. Thanks for asking. Now I'm off to read your latest poem.

I read a few and commented on one. One question I have about Squidoo... There doesn't seem to be a way to comment on a specific post, it all just goes to the bottom of the lens. Is that right? If so, how do you know what post the person is referring to? You are a prolific writer...poems, prayers, and more. Do you plan to pastor a church?

Love todays poem. Those two sad little numbers got together and made good. I'm not too sure about commiting myself to a particular form. I used to write without rhyme until I took on the challenge and then I found it helped me. It's good to share with you.

I think you have the wrong date on Midnight Skin but that doesn't stop it from being a lovely poem, for a lovely wife.

Thanks for your eagle-editor-eye! It's the first Kyrielle I've written. I really like the cadance of the form. Try one...you'll like it. :-)
