THE MAGIC CAST

I heard the speech and now I get it,

I learned it well and won't forget it:

I live on stage and so do you,

The magic's in the things we do

You come to work each day like me,

We share our backstage agony,

But when it's time for our debut,

The magic's in the things we do.

We know our parts and play them well,

We've got some secrets we don't tell,

Like where is what, and which is who;

The magic's in the things we do.

And when our dancing day is done,

The empty streets all full of fun,

We feel it strong and know it's true;

The magic's in the things we do.
